Invite candidates to an interview

When you want to invite one or more candidates to an interview, you need to find the overview of all candidates on the specific recruitment.

Step 1. Under RECRUITMENT, select the position you want to invite candidates to an interview

Step 2. Click on “View” candidates

Step 3. Select the candidates you want to invite to an interview and click on the email icon

Step 4. From here, all communication with candidates takes place
Here you can both choose whether it should be a physical or online interview.

If you want to invite the candidates to a physical interview, select the email template Invitation for interview.

 

Under "possible interview dates", you choose the dates and times the candidates should be able to choose from.

 

NOTE. The candidates choose the dates according to the principle “first come, first served”, so it is a good idea to choose some extra dates, so the last candidate has a few options to choose from as well.

 

When you are ready to send the email, click Send Email. You will receive an email when the candidate responds with an interview date.

If you want to invite candidates to an online interview, select the email template Invitation for online interview.

 

Under "possible interview dates", you choose the dates and times the candidates should be able to choose from.

 

NOTE. The candidates choose the dates according to the principle “first come, first served”, so feel free to choose some extra dates, so the last candidate has a few options to choose from as well.

 

Under "online interview", you can select "custom" and insert the link for your online meeting (e.g. Zoom, Teams or Google Meet).

 

When you are ready to send the email, click Send Email. You will receive an email when the candidate(s) respond.
