Setting up link to online meetings
Under your profile settings, you can save an online meeting link that you can use for online interviews with candidates.
Read here how you do.
Step 1. Go to your settings
Step 2. Insert your link here under CALENDAR INVITE LINKS
You can use all providers, e.g. Google Meets, Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams.
Step 3. Invite candidates for online interview
When inviting candidates for online interview, select the email template “Invitation for online interview”.
Under Online Interview, select “Link for online meeting”, where your meeting link will be inserted automatically.
You can also select “Custom” and manually insert a meeting link.
Step 4. The meeting link is automatically generated in the email 😊
