User-levels

Whether you are a responsible recruiter or an intern, Recruitio has a user-level that fits your role. The different user-levels varies in accessibility and functionality, allowing you and your team to implement your work-structure in Recruitio.

 

Account Owner:

  • An account owner is Recruitio’s primary contact person and responsible for all your master data in Recruitio.

  • The account owner is the only user in Recruitio who has access to the COMPANY page and has editing rights and overview of all company recruitments, candidate pool, and master data – such as email templates, address, images, etc.

  • The account owner can create a new job, add data to the recruitment itself, and create all types of users.


Responsible Recruiter:

  • Can create a new job.
  • Can create other users except for users with the “account owner”-level
  • Full access to the company’s talent pool.
  • Has editing rights to all parts of the recruitment process they create or are invited to.
 
 

Hiring Manager:

  • Can create a new job.
  • Has editing rights to all parts of the recruitment process they create or are invited to.
 
 

Recruiter:

  • Full access to the candidates released to them on the “candidate page.”
